The Platform
Three modules. One lab operating system.
Protocol Engine, Data Fabric, and AI Agent — each solves a distinct piece of the fragmentation problem, and together they replace the patchwork of tools a typical research lab runs today.
Each module solves a distinct problem. Together they close the loop.
Module 01
Protocol Engine
Describe your experiment in plain language. The Protocol Engine generates a structured, executable protocol with branching conditional steps, timing, reagent parameters, and a full audit trail — no manual transcription.
Protocols are versioned and forkable like source code. Your team runs the same procedure; deviations are logged, not silently absorbed into a new "version" on someone's desktop.

Data Fabric
Connect plate readers, sequencers, flow cytometers, and imaging systems to a unified data schema. Raw instrument output — CSV, proprietary formats, or direct API — lands in your experiment record without a manual export step.
Query across your full experimental history in natural language. Every data point carries provenance: instrument, run, operator, protocol version.

AI Agent
Ask for the analysis you need in plain language. The AI Agent writes real, executable Python, runs it in an isolated environment, and returns the result alongside the full code and prompt that produced it.
Generated tools are saved to your team library. The next researcher who needs fold-change analysis or dose-response curve fitting starts from tested, versioned code — not a blank script.
