  • Instrument connectors

    Connectors for plate readers, qPCR thermocyclers, flow cytometers, gel imaging systems, and sequencers. Raw output from each instrument flows directly into the experiment record — no CSV-copy intermediary.

  • Unified data schema

    Absorbance readings, cycle threshold values, cell count percentages, and FASTQ metadata all map to a consistent internal schema. Downstream analyses operate on normalized data — not on the idiosyncratic export format of whichever instrument ran last.

  • Cross-experiment search

    Ask natural-language questions across your full experimental history: "plate reader runs from October with condition B above threshold 0.8." Results link directly to the protocol version and operator that produced them.

  • Data provenance and lineage

    Every data point carries its lineage: instrument serial, run ID, operator, protocol version, and timestamp. Traceability is structural — not a field someone may or may not have filled in.
